kzm
I am trying to seed a torrent i created but only few peers get connect to me and upload speed barely leave 0.0kbs. The client shows 7 peers in swarn but only one or two get connected to me. Sometimes upload speed peaks to 7 or 9kb/s but it only takes a moment and in a few seconds things come back to zero for a long time.Other seeding tasks are ok. The problem is with the seed i created. Can anyone help me? I'm using utorrent and have a good speed connection.Thanks.KZM
µtorrent-Guest
so are you connectable (green light), have you choosen the correct value for your uploadspeed in CTRL+G, do you use any IP blocker that might block those other peers from connecting to you? kzm
yes i have the green connectable light on, have chosen the correct upload speed and the only thing i have that may block an IP is the xp sp2 firewall...
µtorrent-Guest
so if your other seeding tasks are Ok as you wrote, and your settings don't pose a threat to the correct working of µT it's probably the case that your self created stuff is (a) not interesting enough to attract a huge mass of leechers and or ( those few that connect to you have messed so severely with their client settings that they can't manage to get content from you because they are due to to high settings totally buisy with sending BT overhead traffic instead of requesting actual content from you.Nothing you can do then about their stupidity if your settings are OK.
