CrackEdd
Problem 1I recently have been having troubles with my download speeds, from 12am to 12pm I have been able to reach the maximum speeds I can, which is around 200. However in the times between 12pm to 12am my speed dramatically drops (the maximum I have seen at these times is 45 which is rare, average 15). Is this traffic shaping and if so is there anything I can do about it, I have followed numerous guides and still have no luck achieving maximums speeds. Any suggestions are welcome, my ISP is BT broadband (British Telecom) with 2 down and 256 up.Problem 2When I have uTorrent running as well as Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 if I open my web browser (Opera) I cant view any webpages, it just comes up connection error. I have to close Kaspersky in order to have both opera and uTorrent running at the same time. Has anybody heard of this problem before also do you have any suggestions on how to fix it as I don't really like choosing between uTorrent and Kaspersky. Thank You in Advance
kurahashi
Recently there were some reports about BT throttling torrent in the daytime. Yours is next, so... we can assume this is true.
Ultima
More than just recently -- it's actually been an ongoing thing for quite a long time now (there were previous reports from months ago).
Gipper
Its kaspersky AV, it does this whether I am throttled or not. Had to uninstall it.
