taifunbrowser Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 Just for the info of those who own this router and thought they're days of torrenting were over, go to the advannced tab, enter in whatever name you choose, click enabled, type in the ip adress of your computer (it should be the number you type in to get to your router's page, but the lats digit changed depending on what comp you're on), set the protocol type to both, and enter the port utorrent chose there, and hit apply.make sure utorrent is not randomizing ports every time (default) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ultima Posted February 5, 2007 Report Share Posted February 5, 2007 It still has issues with handling too many connections (200 or more, IINM), regardless of whether the port is forwarded or not, so you're still going to have to set the global maximum number of connections accordingly.
