I was wondering if there was an option (or even another torrent prog) that allows you to seed (upload at least) only to those peers with a certain percentage downloaded of your seed. Im asking this because im sick of watching 10 peers at 99% just sitting there all day in my swarm while im uploading 200kbps a bunch of people < 10% completed.
