Ultima
Rogers = bad. Your ISP is known to throttle, and reportedly, they've made policy even stricter in recent days.

dokidok
My ISP is rogers(number one in the list with the bad ISPs) and after I installed the utorrent I didn't see any difference in the speed compare to bitcomet(bitcomet user for 2 years). That was yesterday when I was downloading with an average speed of 40 kb/s. So today I was trying to figure out which program is better. After I finished the movie a started downloading yesterday I tried to download a new one and I was very surpriced because my speed was average 200, than I started another download and I got the same speed, I have never had with bitcomet before. I don't know is it just luck or the program really works perfect. I have tried a lot of different torrent programs and I thought that all of them are the same, but if the speed is that good from now on, I will stick for utorrent for sure.
