sannesley
I'm having a bit of trouble with low download speeds when using uTorrent with my ISP. I've noticed a lot of posts on this forum about port forwarding and configuring firewalls. I'm running straight off a DSL modem which is not capable of being configured or port forwarding and I'm also running Zone Alarm personal edition so I can't set ports using that unless I'm badly mistaken. What can I do to get decent download speeds??
Ultima
What modem are you using? Do you have a green network status light?
sannesley
The modem is a Sagem F@st 800 E2T. Yes I have a green network status light in uTorrent. From what I've read the slow speeds could have a lot to do with my ISP actively throttling back P2P connections on their network
