Question about torrents and adding trackers

Hey,

Im new to this however i have a question.

Once i have downloaded something and im seeding it how can i then add another tracker to it and then create another .torrent file to reflect the change in trackers??

ie i download a film in the properties it has 6 trackers with 50 seeders and 100 peers but i want to then post this file on another tracker site so i open the properties add the tracker address under the other 6 and then click ok.

I then try to post the .torrent file on another site with the tracker i added but it does not show the one i added only the original 6. I think i need to create a new .torrent file to reflect the chances and then upload it to that site but i cant work out how to do it?

can anyone help please????
