Speed problem, not the usual ones...

Hi, I have a penium 920d dual core2.8ghz

with 2gb ram, videotron extreme high speed, 10MB/s

a linksys wrt54g router,

port is forwarded and all the basic stuff.

my dl speed usually is around 2-2.2 MB/s

from web sites, usually i'm connected to only half of seeders

and i usually get 1MB/s dl speed.

the router is not blocking my speed, cause I can getto 2.2 Mb/s

but soumehow I just can't get torrents to go over 1Mb/s

I don't know if anyone could help me with advence configuration or something.

I never touched the advence config.

Also I can't get more the 100 Kb/s for overall uppload speed.

Someone please help me out.

BTW I'm running vista ultimate.

Used to run on xp sp2 and even there i could't go over 1MB/s dl or 100KB/s ul speed.
