tyler77
I downloaded utorrent yesterday, i've been experimenting with a few p2p file sharing programs. For all of yesterday I was downloading at speeds from about 15-30kB/s which isn't great but was good enough for me. Today I restarted my computer and my downloads cant get past 5kB/s. I am downloading most of the same files that I was yesterday (large movies), so I do not understand why everything would be going that much slower now
