Requesting ownership or some "partner" to Portuguese translation

This translation is very poor on my understanding.

Who am I?

I work in a low-vision/blind company that sell some software. I'm the store responsable and manage some of the translations for our programs.

Why do I need to translate this?

I don't. But when I update my uTorrent today to the last version the Portuguese language come with it and I see that there are many things that can be a lot better.

So, how can I and proceed?

Talk with the author? Translate it (post here a link to a guide if you know it, since I dont search for it -- yet)? Or...

But as I know, portuguese (both, Brazil and Portugal) is 100% translated.

I dont have any reply by the author and I still see many errors on the translation.

We cant just translater word-by-word, we need to "associate" uTorrent with Windows translation as whell or someone who do not know the problem will be confused.

In this case, what should I do if I cannot get any anwser from the author?

As I can see now, translator for Portuguese (Portugal) has stopped his work.

So just email Firon@utorrent.com to continue that work (with your nick and the language to translate).
