slimy
I uninstalled bitcomet at least a month or two ago and today i noticed that when i downloaded a torrent it a had a bitcomet description on it. so i decided to search the registry. i found a good deal of bitcomet entries and deleted or switched them to utorrent (ex. open with list) so for those that have made the switch i suggest you delete them or change them too: start>run>regedit>ctrl+f>type bitcomet>delete or change>hit f3 for next entry. Keloran
that really should bebitcomet->utorrentbecasue bitcomet>utorrent, means bitcomet is greater than utorrent
Xilon
If it's things like "Open With" or .torrent associations I think uTorrent overrides those settings anyway... no point wasting your time. And you should really get yourself Your Uninstaller! which should take care of that for you when uninstalling anyway. The standard uninstaller for windows sucks ass
