install bug for latest version

I just downloaded and installed the latest version on 2/16/07. At the time I got the popup suggesting this upgrade, I was downloading 1 torrent, and seeding 2. When the installation was comlete, I was very annoyed to find that one of the seeding torrents had an error message saying that the program couldnt find the torrent file, and showing a blank where the name should be. It also did not report a size, but did report that I had uploded 1.3gb. The problem is, since no name was showig, i have no record of what torrent was misplaced, and have wasted several days of up/downloading time. Note that the other 2 torrents continued to work normally, only the bottom one on the display was affected.
