Switeck Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 2 Meg-what versis 260k-what?What units are we talking about here, bits OR bytes?Also, your ISP may say the connection is 1 speed, but typically the max upload bandwidth is only a tiny fraction of the max download bandwidth.
