Super-seed at constant Full Speed

Anyone manage to do super-seeding at constant full speed ? Is it immediate or does it takes awhile? Please provide also the number of peers, size of torrent and time needed.

I managed full upload speed with super-seed after 1 hour when:

200 leechers

288 mb torrent

16 upload slots

32 kB/s upload speed

but still super-seed is not working good.

I use azureus for super-seeding

uTorrent's super seeding still needs a bit of work to be optimal, but it DOES function properly.

I think it could use a lot more work. The speed fluctuate like crazy, the upload stopped for 5-20 seconds at a regular interval and not to mention that i have to upload 30 percent more data than necessary. Even with 50kB/s dedicated to uploading i have only manage to get 50MB-70MB every hour.
