fofo999
Hello , I see a small decrease in download speeds for the di-524 router , does anyone have this router and what are the settings u are using in the router setup?Thks
Ultima
Well, that router reportedly can't deal with too many connections, so you should probably set the global maximum number of connections to... 150? Other than that, the Speed Guide settings should do fine. I suppose you can always lower the per-torrent connection settings as well, but it's not AS important as the global. Ultima
Linksys WRT54GL? It's worked well for many people, and for what it can do, is bargain-priced (IMHO).

Switeck
The netgear mr814 router is worth trying for testing purposes. Just don't be surprised if you have to make a LOT of settings changes on your computer just to get connected back to the internet. (try the automatic ip settings first.)Ports 0 and 1 should not be used by µTorrent! Those are specialized ports that networking hardware uses just to maintain connectivity. Your ISP may be firewalling them partially just to prevent potential hacks to them.
