But you can manually set your upload speed (locally, for a specific torrent, or globally, for all torrents). Experiment to find the optimum setting (for me using 23-25 KB/s upload causes download speed to go as far as 125 KB/s, as opposed to 53 KB/s with unlimited upload, but my connection is 2mbps (down)/300kbps (up), so this is not really good enough).
