Switeck
You have a firewall blocking µTorrent from incoming connections.Do you have a router? (that has to be port forwarded if you do.)What make+model is your modem? (it might have a mini-router and/or firewall in it too!)Got any software firewalls, antivirus, or antispyware on your computer? (they need to be told to allow µTorrent's traffic as well.) Switeck
This post seems to be about someone who also has a speedstream 5200 modem:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=14233(It tells about how to configure the modem to disable its firewall.)
