Downloading while seeding?

Hi,

I use utorrent 1.1.7.2 and I think I have found a bug.

I am seeding a file but utorrent seems to download from a client:

I know when a torrent gets completed download speed for that torrent reduces slowly to zero,

but this status on that pic is being for hours like that.

And download speed for this torrent stays like somewhere between 0.1 and 0.9 kb/s (I think).

But the 'Downloaded' tab doesn't make any progress (0 bytes).

I saw this bug also at some other torrent files that I have been seeding.

That speed measured there could be the client's response to the data being sent, such as further data requests and stuff.
