gunsmokez
Helloi have Utorrent 1.6.1 (newest version) and the problem I have is that everytime I click on a torrent to download a .torrent file would appear on my desktop. Then I would have to right click on that .torrent file to make utorrent open it up. This wasn't happening before and the torrents I clicked on a Pop up would appear asking what should i do with it . Thus, I would say utorrent and automatically the file would go to open it with utorrent and I never see this .torrent file. Is it something i pressed? or unlicked?thank-you
µtorrent-Guest
associate with .torrent files you must enable.
stevenofnine
gun, You may also need to tell your browser what to do with the file. What's your browser?

Dodge34
How can I correct the association, its not there anymore and my Firefox refuse to open torrent, I tried installing multiple clients but nothing happens, can't see the .torrent in the files association of Firefox and I can't add it, its a shame they should allow us to add associations. Switeck
I don't know anything about your connection, so settings that work for someone else may be less than the best for yours or be too much for your connection.
lede33415
I am downloading a video, and I know I have to download another program in order for me to see the video in Winap or Media player or any of those programs. Can anybody please remind me what is it that I have to download?
Switeck
I don't know and this isn't the place to ask. µTorrent doesn't make movies, it doesn't make viewers, and as such we don't troubleshoot problems outside µTorrent...because that keeps us busy enough as-is. (See the Announcement above for further details.)
