ludde
If the option is enabled, the statistics that uTorrent sends to utorrent.com is:The total # of bytes you uploadedThe total # of bytes you downloadedThe total # of files you downloadedThe total running time of uTorrentNo tracker would react on that, so that is not the reason for banFor the tracker communication, if anyone can tell me how it's supposed to work, I'd be happy to know. The BitTorrent tracker protocol is underdocumented at this point, so it's not easy to know what private trackers actually expect. The 3 pieces of info reported to the tracker is:downloaded = how much uTorrent downloaded in this session (reset to 0 when you restart the torrent)uploaded = how much uTorrent uploaded in this session (reset to 0 when you restart the torrent)left = how many bytes you have leftkey = random value that is randomized each time you restart a torrent.the START command is sent each time you start the torrent, unless you are seeding. If you are seeding, no START command is sent. the STOP command is sent each time you stop the torrent, and the COMPLETE command is sent only once when you finish the torrent. Guest
http://wiki.theory.org/BitTorrentSpecification are the specs that I based my tracker off of. Anything past that is basically ignored, and any security that private trackers impliment wouldn't be something you have to worry about since they're generally included in the announce url.
