5parky
If you posted the actual error instead of "blah blah blah" it might be easier to figure out

Switeck
It might be a MP3 virus that is trying to corrupt your MP3s and AVI files with MP3 tags. But more than likely, it's just some running-on-startup "media suite" that insists on branding every single piece of digital sound and audio. Or in other words, a corporation-made trojan...sometimes called spyware or adware.Get HijackThis and post your startup list if you want us to try to find the likely culprit of this file locking problem. e-dizzle
ok well i have webroot spy sweeper that for that and i also have trend micro antivirus and its all new i just bought the comp 2 months ago and i dont know how to get startup list so if you would please tell me i would be happy to do that thanks
Switeck
If you can run HijackThis, it creates a text file (or will if you tell it to!) that you can cut-and-paste the first section of which lists programs active in memory currently AND DLLs loaded at windows startup. This will hopefully allow us to spot the hostile or incompatible software causing probably all your problems.

Switeck
That's most of it...you got probably all the running processes (and you have a LOT!), but seems the DLLs loading on window startup was just off the list you posted. This is hopefully my wild guess and paranoia than the likely cause:It's remotely possible that different types of antispyware and antivirus software can conflict with each other in their system-hook interfaces. And I've heard of one detecting another's detection library file/s as actual viruses and/or spyware. The false detections are more annoyance than risk, however because these programs try to make themselves hard to knock out by other programs they can interfere with anything else that wants to make low-level hardware calls.I see lots of Yahoo stuff...does it seem to "grow" every week?Maybe someone else will know of any software conflicts with what you have installed.(Doing searches here for software you have listed may turn up some surprises.) Switeck
Usually, if antivirus, antispyware, or firewall software is causing µTorrent problems...little short of a COMPLETE uninstall will removed their harmful effects.
