Very low download speeds

I used to get high speeds. Now total of 1.5 kps of all torrents together. I have an Airlink 101 410w and set it up according to www.portforward.com, however they do not finish their instructions for the 410w. I do not know what IP to use to set the LAN Server. I have tried the IP on the port checking page.

The port checking page says the port is closed. And there is a yellow triangle on the status bar of utorrent. But I used to get good speeds sometimes even with the yellow triangle and the port checking page saying it was closed.

I have Peerguardian but have disabled and enabled it and speed has not changed. I do not know how to set it up. I cannot find how to set it up to allow one IP address.

Have you checked this page, and read it to the end? And what do you mean by portforward.com not finishing the instructions? I seem to see the full instructions here
