Hoaxx
for some reason, after using the windows "repair" function (it had gone braindead after a botched hard-drive installation), i get this error next to every torrent i was previously downloading.all of them read 0.0%, whereas before one of them has as high as 74%. It reads 0 peers and 0 seeds, 0.0kb up and download rates, the size of each file is shown as 0.0kb (which is false), and there is a red X in a box next to each torrent.halp? :<
Firon
The torrents were probably deleted. Check %AppData%\uTorrent and see if the .torrent files exist.
Hoaxx
nope, they're still there.and when i doubleclicked on the torrent i need, it simply same up saying "the torrent is already on your list of torrents, would you like to load the trackers?" i hit ok and nothing changes =/
Firon
Well, try moving the .torrents to whatever folder it mentions.
Hoaxx
they are already where it mentionsit's like the torrents exist, and utorrent is looking in the right place, but utorrent can't see them.
Ultima
Exit µTorrent, move resume.dat, resume.dat.old, and the .torrent files in %appdata%\uTorrent to somewhere else, then restart µTorrent and reload the torrents.
Hoaxx
will they have to start from scratch? there was a good 78% on one of them (a 5.77 gig file, infact)
Ultima
No, they'll just have to recheck as long as you point µTorrent to their correct locations on disk.
Hoaxx
well i restarted the torrents last night, luckily one of them will be done in a day, but.All the torrent information needed to "recheck" is in %appdata%\utorrent right?
