Getting errors, are my downloads screwed?

Hi, i've reinstalled some days ago, so i fire up Utorrent and start some torrents.

Now later that day i have noticed that i have 3 download folders on my download partition due to typos in the settings.. long story short: i corrected the typos on utorrent's settings making all to point to a single folder, than i try to clean up the disk by deleting the unneeded folders. i notice that one have the same torrents as the download dolder only with an added code such as torrentname<code here>.torrent. So i do a quick compare betwen the torrents and result bit-by-bit identical, so i delete the "duplicates" (the torrents with the codes added). Utorrent continues to work fine so i just leave the pc like that.

Now today, after a reboot, utorrent gave an error relative to those torrents: "error, cant find torrent in folder <path here>", so i close the client, re-create the folder the client is complaining about and copy the torrents inside it, then i reopen utorrent and it still give me errors! (it says just "error")

Now is it possible to "recover" those downloads? i realized that the torrents with the added code in its name are the ones used by the program, now i have only the ones with the "clean" names.

Sorry for my crappy english, thanks :(

try removing the torrent and then reloading it on that page you can browse to the folder you want the download to go to then with the right click menu do a forced re-check make sure the names are the same if not make them so' then restart torrent
