craige Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 Couldn't add this to the topic I was reading about how to get DHT working so feel free to move it if you find a better place for it.uTorrent was working well and all of a sudden DHT collapsed to logging in prompt or 0 or 1 nodes.So I did all the normal deteles etc and still no joy.However I discovered PeerGuardian2 currently blocks the central DHT servers address so I disabled it for a minute and all the DHT nodes started appearing and am now back up to 200'ish. You can switch it back on after the minute and it continues to find more nodes.Edit:Just found this as to why.http://forums.phoenixlabs.org/t12975-p-utorrent-blocked-by-swifticab-anti-p2p.htmlYou need to enable it when you start uTorrent up. uTorrent doesn't seem to allow DNT to start up from the cache alone.
