emma.m Posted March 15, 2007 Report Share Posted March 15, 2007 Since i was put on fair restriction policy by my tiscali isp ( which is suppose to restict me from downloading between 6pm and 11pm) i cant download any torrents.i have tried downloading several different torrents. download speed is 10kbp with upload of 0 or 0.1 but they are all hashfails. i am using a sagem modem which was supplied from tiscali and i have a 2mb broadband connection. my downloads used to be ok. how can i get downloading again. can you help please? i have my outgoing connections set on enabled.
