matt111222 Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 hi, i have previously been running utorrent on xp where i used all the defaults settings where it worked perfectly, i have recently upgraded to vista and from now on i cant seem to get an open port.i have changed nothing since using xp and have even tried the guide to opening up a port for utorrent to no solution.i have tested using other programs such as bitlord, and that works fine on my computer,so does anyone have any ideas as to the problem with utorrent, is it something to do with vista?????? You can do a lot more with uPnP in Vista than in XP, so I'm guessing uTorrent needs to be updated. It's not even called uPnP anymore, Microsoft retired that name.
