Update: ok guess you cant not link flags to ip address that do not use reverse dns?

Also, might want to say in your original post not only how to install (as easy as saying install to %AppData%\uTorrent), but also when the download was last updated. And that peer.resolve_country needs to be set to false. Helps newbies out a lot!

thanks eng for letting me know I updated my utorrent it now seems to see the proper flag. I was using a rather old version :P I dislike updating because ive found with many programs that become well known they start to overload them with all sorts of crap they don't need turning it into a high fat software instead of the streamlined program it once was. Seems utorrent isn't a write off just yet.
