darkangel Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 I think that Rogers only throttles with a few modems because before I used to have a old modem that got very very low speeds such as 1-5 kBps.I'm using a Toshiba modem, maybe that modem doesn't throttle with BitTorrent.Keep in mind that I have no idea what I'm saying.
