Scout
Today I am getting 10 kb/s downloads and 30 - 59 kb/s uploads. Yesterday I was getting 50 kb/s downloads. I forwarded port 37853 on 2700HG-B Gateway router and the router says it is forwarded properly but utorrent says it isn't forwarded by showing the red icon. I am on an AT&T ISP on Windows XP with Norton Internet Security installed. My speed results: download-2500 kb/s /// upload - 250 kb/sHas anyone seen this problem before? Switeck
Your upload speed while downloading seems to be set too high. 250 kilobits/sec upload bandwidth is less than 32 KiloBYTES/sec theoretical max sustained upload speed. Even while not downloading, your upload speed probably should not be set higher than about 28 KiloBYTES/sec or web surfing may be slow.

Ultima
Setting your upload speed is as easy as using the Speed Guide as described in the setup guide.
