jla_87
Hello there, ive been using utorrent for a little while now on my new computer, and after going threw the steps to properly forward my ports (i.e. getting that little green check) my computer crashes on me, and its not always immediate..I cant figure this out, i use comodo, and have adressed that issue, i have used LSPfix to get rid of the nv apps dll, also i use a WRT54GC router, now i know it has its own firmware, so i wasnt sure if i should swap it out via that huge post in this forum (which i did see)im just not sure

jla_87
Well it seems i didnt get all of the nvidia firewall after all (got the nvtcp.sys BSOD error) , so i uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them minus the firewall, but now i feel like im making negitive progress since now i cant even get any incoming connectionsI even tried unplugging my router and plugging in my computer directly to my modem (moto SB5120) but nothing.its odd, with the nvidia firewalls and such i can get a ton of connections, but without it, im dead in the water, though with the connections eventually i will crash. sounds like a loose loose to me,any suggestions? Ultima
Nope, the IP you see on the port checker is your external WAN IP address...

Ultima
Try uninstalling Comodo and testing by connecting directly to the SurfBoard modem. If the port issue persists, then the connection/port problem probably lies with the SurfBoard, and the only thing you'd be able to do about it would be to switch modems :\
