Switeck
Did you run Speed Guide (CTRL+G) and choose the xx/128k setting? If you're really able to upload sustained over 15 KiloBYTES/sec, then your connection is faster than 128 kilobits/sec! Switeck
No, it won't.Part of your problem is you haven't done idle line speed tests to verify what your connection is capable of doing.UPLOAD bandwidth max must be known to set up µTorrent correctly. The 128k in "DSL 128k" only refers to the download bandwidth max. Also, peak test speeds are OFTEN much higher than sustainable speeds in µTorrent! xj0hnx
Your upload is more than likely choking your connection. Do what Swifteck said, get your actual speeds, and then only upload at 80% or less of you max upload. And remember there is a difference in kB/s, kbps, MB, etc. bytes vs bits.
