(from slovenia [EU])Set upload limit to 6 or even to 0[no limit], and wait for 5-10 minutes (or even 20) and see if there's is a difference
plebi
hi, I have a similar internet conection like you. 256kB down/64 upload and I have also router.I have a problem with connection via router. While I disconnect my router and connect cable modem immediatelly to computer -without router- my download speed is about 27...32 kB. But via router (DLink 624) my speed is much lower (about 0...2kB). Sometimes Network status is OK, but sometimes NAT ERROR (without any activity from myself !!).To comparison BITCOMET work well ! I've tried to set up a configuration my router but without results :-))
Power2All
Try fix the port to like 20000Be sure to forward port 20000 to your computer (if your behind a router/firewall).This should fix also most of the issues.

Ares
Set "Lazy_Bitfield" in Advanced Options to *true... :|Could you explain the "Lazy_Bitfield" option? I've done some searching and all I could figure out is that it had to do with providers not letting you seed after you finish your torrent, I thought...?-Ares
1c3d0g
But did you enable it? :/ All it does is "cloak" your torrenting, making it harder for your ISP to detect what you're doing...
