TIMEZONEC
Hey everybody,I'm not sure why I cannot forward my DI-524. I did exactly what the portforward guide told me to do. I also have read some threads in here too, so I tried disabling my Windows XP SP2 firewall and my antivirus. It's not use...I never get the green light. It's always yellow or red! Please help.Also...I tried to test if my port was open or not...and utorrent says it wasn't open!

alectron
same problem here! I did everything exactly as told on portforward.com, windows firewall is disabled, kaspersky internet security firewall allows utorrent. modem is an arris 402B (but I'm pretty sure this is not the problem). the dl-524 says ports are forwarded but the utorrent tester says theyre not. Please help us! I have no clue what I'm doing wrong here...

Ultima
The SpeedStream includes a router too. You're double-NAT'd. Check the second link in my signature for the advanced port forwarding guide.
alectron
I just solved my problem!! Kaspersky anti hacker ran in stealth mode so utorrent wasn't able to answer incoming connections. The ports were forwarded correctly (portforward.com rules!). I hope you are able to solve your problem too TIMEZONEC!
