Downloaded files not seeding.

I have no problems downloading torrents, but seeding them is an impossible mission for me. Nothing happens and I have uTorrent open for 5 hours a day.

I don't know what to do. There is a bunch of peers, but I'm not connected to any of them - everytime it's like these - PEERS 0(14).

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Does it happen for all torrents? How many seeds are in the swarms? Is your port forwarded properly?

Have you tried forced protocol encryption without legacy connections?

...because your ISP may be throttling/breaking connection when you're in seed mode.

Well, I'm pretty new to torrents, so if you could help me out with some of your answers.

And as an answer to Ultima - yes - it happens to all my torrents and there are 19 seeds in the swarm.

If it's necessary - my version of uTorrent is 1.6.1

Protocol Encryption and the associated legacy connections option can be enabled via Preferences > BitTorrent.

I'm having the same problem, I am downloading, but not uploading. I tried everything in the setup guide and no luck. Any further help?

Okay, I think I realized what my problem was.

The reason why nobody was uploading from me was because there was a huge number of seeders and a small number of leechers so nobody connected to me.

I also disabled DHT.

So maybe that could be your problem, too, Notkuroda.
