Torrent Error File?

hmm dont undestand what happen but utorrent work perfectly for me then suddenly all the torrents i download it keep saying "Torrent Error" "File:***** Refuses Access" but for seeder files they are still working fine...and in the logger tab it keep saying... Error opening "C:\.... all the way down...

if i remember...before what happen...i think i download the new update from microsoft of this week yesteday but it auto-restarted my computer today then it become like that and i keep force re-check but still doing the same problem...

Could anyone help me find a solution for this problem =S?
