I have the 128 kbps packageAt first, my download sped varied from 3 to 11 kbps and upload to the limits I fixed. I was satisfied.Then, one night, the download speed dropped to 0.0 kbps going to a max of 0.2 quite rarely.It's been like that for 3 weeks now.Anyone can help me out?
