Outpost Firewall

Hi

I am new to this firewall and have tried to look everywhere to fix but couldnt find anything. A torrent site i download from has changed there tracker name and now when im downloading i get a message in my Utorrent saying in Tracker Status connection closed by peer. When i turn Outpost off the Tracker comes up and says working and i then get full speed out of it. Can someone please tell me how i can fix this problem. I am using Outpost Firewall Pro ver. 4.0.964.6926 (584)

Protocol: TCP;

Direction: Outbound;

Allow

Protocol: TCP;

Direction: Inbound;

Allow

Protocol: UDP;

Allow
