Need Help Please

I'm using utorrent since 1 year through dialup modem

Recently my office came on to IP Phone and now i'm using interNET through NETWork.

And NOW I can't download anything.

What should i do.

Thanks for your kind help and giving time. Actually I know almost nothing about Networking/ports etc.

I've checked my speed through dslreport.com it shows D/L & U/L speed 479 kb/s.

but when i tried to forward my port i've received following messge

Other thing:How can i see my router model. I even don't know which connection type i am using.

Now guide me what to do.
