1.7 1111 and 1137 does not seed

After starting the program complete torrents that were normally seeded without problems by 1.6.1. cannot start seeding.

Complete - stand still, no connection to peers, numer of peers is visible in parentheses, tracker status: working.

And of course, after closing 1.7 and starting 1.6.1, torrents in question start seeding immediately.
