konryu1 Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 my down load speed ranges from 6kB to 40Kb and my upload speed avg 3-20kb.i already did the set up and speed test. i also disabled my fire wall but in the bottem the red mark is still there Any ideas??? Switeck Posted April 9, 2007 Report Share Posted April 9, 2007 There may be a hidden firewall inside your modem or antivirus/antispyware software.Speed Guide's xx/##k settings is based on upload bandwidth rather than download bandwidth/speed...so if you set it based on your line's download ability, you can expect poor results.
