1.7 b1137: changes in seed goals dont effect existing torrents

uT 1.7 beta 1137. changing the default seed goals (ratio & seed hours) doesn't effect existing torrents (properties still show the old values).

How is this a bug? It's intended behavior, and only affects newly added torrents -- that's what "default" means. µTorrent has behaved in this way since the very beginning.

i was thinking that default values should apply to all torrents, including the old ones, if not specifically overridden. if it's intended then it's my mistake.

The only thing I have a problem with is enabling/disabling DHT support.

Even torrents that previously had DHT on when DHT gets disabled don't reaquire DHT support when DHT is reenabled.
