Ran a Spybot check now uTorrent isn't downloading

I recently ran a spybot check on my computer and the second I hit "Fix selected problems" uTorrent came up with an error message shut down. When I brought it back up none of the torrents would run. I tried restarting my computer and re-downloading uTorrent.

I think one of the files that I 'fixed' probably belonged to uTorrent, but there were 34 different things Spybot fixed so I have no clue which one it is or even what to do about it.
