educatedguess Posted April 14, 2007 Report Share Posted April 14, 2007 My utorrent is suddenly acting strange the past few days. My dl speeds will no longer go above 12.1 kB/s. Normally I'm somewhere around 200. The bar at the very bottom says "Download limited" DHT 231 nodes, Green heck mark indicating my port is properly forwarded, then my download and upload speeds, whih are pathetic.
