Switeck Posted April 18, 2007 Report Share Posted April 18, 2007 That ISP is very hostile towards BitTorrent traffic. Even when I'm trying to upload to someone on it, I can't sustain above 2 KiloBYTES/sec upload speed to them and I disconnect from them all the time!Try Speed Guide (CTRL+G) again and choose xx/96k...reduce the global and per torrent connection max further, reduce half open limit to only 1-4, and most importantly use FORCED encryption...probably with legacy connections disabled.
