extracting files inside torrent

Hello

I was going to seed a torrent of a movie. It wasn't seeding so I went to delete torrent+data not knowing it would get rid of the data that I put in the original folder that became the torrent afterwords. So I lost this data, but still have the actual torrent with all the files in it. Is there anyway to take a .torrent file and get all the stuff out of it or did I lose all the files I put in the .torrent?
