slow speed, but i already tryed everything they told me.

I downloaded utorrent, and expirienced slow speed, like 1kbps.

I followed the portforward.com guide to accept the port, but i didn-t know what to put in the empty spaces

i went on to check if the port was ok, and it wasn-t, so i made my computer have a static ip adress, and what i did to the router, i added it like this

So... I went on and added all like this.

name: Utor1

inbound ports (and all the other ports they asked): ~48189(the port randomized in utorrent) (it had 5 digits)

type: TCP

ip: the ip of my computer (already static)
