therealjosiah
Under all the logger tabs of all my torrents, are these 2 logs. "Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80040154" then followed a few secs later by "unable to map UPnP port". Download speeds never excceeds 2 kbps, always hovering around 0.2 to 0.5 kbps although i'm actually connected to the seeds. I have forwarded my ports and there is a green light (with a tick) at the bottom of my client. I've checked the ports using the utorrent port checker thingy and it says that the port is open. I've maxed my TCP connections but it doesn't help. Desperation! Can someone help?
Ultima
http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#What_does_Unable_to_map_UPnP_port_to_mean.3FIgnore the errors if you already have your port forwarded.
therealjosiah
There has to be a problem somewhere, I'm downloading a torrent with 300 seeds and only 13 seeders, but yet my speed doesn't excceed 2 kbps.
Switeck
Your ISP is probably one of those that's NOTORIOUS for throttling BitTorrent traffic. If that's the case, having lots of connections probably just makes it worse.
therealjosiah
I'm from Singapore and using Singnet (Singtel). Does that affect it?
Switeck
Yeah, you're horribly throttled there.
