I cannot install Langauge Pack

I downloaded Stanalone Version and langauge pack. I put them in the same place but when I run program, langauge pack dose not install and I moved it to appdata folder, it's not work too.

Do you have a "utorrent.exe.lang.txt" - file in the same folder?

If you want to use the "utorrent.lng", there must not be this textfile.

So simply remove or rename it.
