Doris767
A fast Computer---1Gig of RAM---4Mb of Bandwidth, And I am Down/Uploading at 40kb/s for both, and that is "Top Wack". Very frustrating, There MUST be a better way. Any one got any good ideas ?The Programme is running OK, Configuration checked and rechecked, nothing wrong there. ICleolion
Im guessing 4mb of bandwidth means you may be maxing out your upload connection if your uploading at 40kb/s. Set your upload cap to 80% of your max upload speed.
Switeck
Run Speed Guide (CTRL+G) and try the xx/384k setting. If your download speeds don't pick up, try lowering it to xx/256k.
TheSacredSoul
Unless I am very much mistaken, your RAM does not affect your uTorrent. It only affects the speed when you run applications, switch between applications etc. Can someone clear that up for me?
Switeck
If you don't have enough free ram, it might be a problem...But µTorrent can be set up to use less than 20 MB of ram.
